Tarsier in Bohol

Aside from Chocolate Hills, Bohol has been known because of the Tarsiers, the smallest primates in the world. The size of baby tarsier is fairly like a thumb size while the biggest tarsier is less than 12inches in height.

Tarsiers are nocturnal so it is advised that when you take pictures of them do not use the camera’s flash. They are somehow friendly creatures, they do not bite but tourists are warned on touching them.
